We loved the cozy gondola ride for amazing views. The ballroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. Free excursions like hiking and bonfire nights made our stay unforgettable!
However, the check-in process was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long trip.

The restaurant scene is electric! Marcus had me swooning over their handmade pasta, and the Sunday brunch was a vibe for people-watching. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic, making every moment magical.
Navigating the entrance can be a bit tricky. you gotta find the tiny entryway and ride the elevator to the 3rd floor. But those hiccups didn’t dim my stay at all!

Amazing staff and cozy vibes!
Had a fab stay! The staff was super friendly and handled everything like pros. Loved using that tablet to control room stuff, really made it easy. The bar area was nice too for hanging out. Just a heads up, finding the entrance can feel a bit tricky since you have to ride the elevator to check in. But it’s a small bump in an otherwise great experience!
